Is SiftMac a subscription?
No. You pay once: $12 for the first 100 buyers (then $19) for 2 Macs, or $29 for the Family pack on 5 Macs. Nothing renews and there’s nothing to cancel.
What can I do for free?
Scan your whole Mac, read every verdict and reason, and clean your first 2 GB at no cost. Buy a licence when you want to clean more.
What happens after the first 100 buyers?
The Founding price ends and the same licence costs $19 as Personal. The Buy buttons switch by themselves once the 100 are claimed.
Can I use one licence on more than one Mac?
Yes. A Founding or Personal licence works on 2 Macs, and the Family pack on 5, so you can share it with the people you live with: each Mac pastes the same key in Settings › Licence. Moving to a new Mac? Click Deactivate on this Mac in Settings › Licence on the old one first.
Do updates cost extra?
No. Every package includes free updates, and SiftMac installs them from inside the app.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@siftmac.com from the address you bought with. The refund policy
Who handles the payment?
Dodo Payments runs the checkout, with taxes included, and emails your receipt and licence key.
