Refund Policy
The short version
- 14 days, no questions asked. If SiftMac isn’t right for you, you get your money back.
- SiftMac is a one-time purchase. There’s no subscription, nothing renews and nothing to cancel.
- You can try everything first: scanning and reviewing are free, and so is your first 2 GB of cleaning.
How to get a refund
- Within 14 days of buying, email support@siftmac.com from the email you bought with, or include your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt.
- We’ll confirm within 2 business days. Dodo Payments, which processed your payment, returns the money to your original payment method. It usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When the refund is made, the licence key is switched off, and SiftMac goes back to the free version on your Macs. Nothing on your Mac is deleted.
After 14 days
We’ll still refund you if SiftMac doesn’t work as described on your Mac and we can’t fix it, or wherever the law in your country gives you the right to a refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a payment with your bank: a refund is quicker for you. A charged-back purchase switches off its licence key.
